"Your story is self-created and you have the
power to shape it."  –Brandyn Negri

My career started in luxury real estate in 1994. I was the youngest in my office and quickly became a topsales producer. Ten years later I founded Brandyn and Company, a firm specializing in the representation of luxury real estate developers. Within a few short years I had created a multi-million dollar business. I partnered with another high-end Realtor to create a boutique luxury brokerage called SKY|Real Estate. Our success paved the way for the purchase of franchise rights in Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2004, we launched SKY|Sotheby’s International Realty with 3 offices and 25 agents. By 2006, we purchased the Sotheby's Realty franchise rights to the Twin Cities and I was named “Women to Watch In the Twin Cities.”

The success was thrilling, but change was on the horizon. One year after opening two realty offices in the Twin Cities, I found out my kidneys were failing. In my late teen’s I was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease, but wasn’t until 2007 (in my late 30’s) that the need to have a kidney transplant turned into a reality.

Personal illness is scary and during this challenging time of identifying a donor, I was also dealing with unsettling and unsustainable business realities, as well as the end of my marriage. It was a life-altering time period that quickly changed my goals, relationships, physical capabilities and career path. I knew I had to alter the course of my life. Thankfully, during this turbulent time I met the love of my life, who became my kidney donor and my husband! I sold my shares in SKY|Sotheby’s and took the next several months to heal.

With health as my focus, I found myself going through an awakening while attending yoga classes and retreats. Over the next 9 years, I completed 1500 hours of training (Core Power Yoga, Certified Baptiste Yoga, Moksha/Modo Yoga) developing myself as a yoga teacher, opened my own yoga studio, Sigh Yoga and traveled to several continents to train people how to teach yoga. One of my most transformative trips was to Nairobi, Kenya to help assist a 200-Hour Teacher Training with Africa Yoga Project. I raised $10K for the non-for profit and supported over 100 participants in the training have personal transformations.

I'm a graduate and continual student of Institute of Life Coaching. ILCT was one of the first coach training programs to be accredited by the International Coach Federation and was the first coach training program selected by the Center for Credentialing and Education for graduate level professionals pursuing the Board Certified Coach credential.

The Institute’s rich heritage in the social sciences and its commitment to excellence allows us to attract and retain a highly accomplished faculty, many of whom are dually trained and qualified in traditional helping professions as well as coaching.

Additionally, I've completed Landmark Level One, and participated in numerous personal development trainings. My education has enriched both my professional and life experiences. My proven processes and tools are a blend of several techniques and approaches which help clients achieve actionable and fulfilling results.
